Summary:
CIPP (in-situ curing) ultraviolet repair technology refers to the use of professional equipment to pull glass fiber hoses that have been ground with resin into the pipeline to be repaired from the wellhead, tie both ends of the hose, and then inject compressed air to support the hose and make it tightly adhere to the inner wall of the pipeline. Through ultraviolet irradiation, the resin is rapidly cured inside the pipeline, forming the inner lining repair technology of "pipe in pipe". After repairing the pipeline, cut off the ends of the tie heads and drain normally without manual cleaning
Advantages:
1. The renovation of old and outdated pipeline facilities can simultaneously meet the needs of structural renewal and expansion
2. Maximized avoidance of demolition troubles and environmental damage, reducing additional investment in the project
3. Partial excavation of work pits has reduced the amount of road excavation and its impact on the public transportation environment
4. The use of hydraulic equipment has low noise, meets environmental requirements, reduces disturbance factors, and significantly improves social benefits
5. Fast construction speed and short construction period effectively reduce project costs
6. The engineering is safe and reliable, improves service performance, and is beneficial for the later maintenance of facilities
Characteristics:
Flexible, safe, fast, and efficient, it not only reduces the interference of various constraining factors, alleviates traffic pressure, but also greatly improves construction efficiency. Pipeline repair robots and UV cured pipeline repair technology are currently the mainstream non excavation repair methods for pipelines both domestically and internationally.
