The three-day 2025 Chengdu International Pipeline Exhibition came to a successful conclusion on November 28th. As the largest professional event in the domestic (China) pipeline network field, this exhibition takes "Pipeline Network Renovation - Digital Empowerment for Urban Renewal" as its theme, gathering over a thousand cutting-edge devices and technologies. Dongguan Ergu Optoelectronics participated in the exhibition with its core products, ultraviolet light curing systems and air flipping equipment. With its efficient and environmentally friendly solutions, it became one of the highlights of the exhibition.

This system is compatible with various pipe diameters ranging from DN200 to DN2000. The construction only takes 3 to 5 hours, and the service life of the repaired pipe can reach 50 years. Compared with traditional technologies, energy consumption is reduced by 40%, perfectly meeting the "green repair" requirements of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Many foreign friends from Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other regions came specially to consult. They had in-depth exchanges on the technical principles, applicable scenarios and construction costs of the system, and expressed high recognition of the efficiency and stability of the product.

The air-flipping equipment on display was also very popular. Its lightweight design can flexibly adapt to complex construction environments and form a "repair partner" with the ultraviolet curing system, significantly enhancing the efficiency of trenchless operations. Many representatives from municipal units in the southwest region consulted on cooperation on the spot and reached a preliminary intention.
