At the booth of the "Underground Is So Wonderful" Science and Technology Week in Xiamen, the ultraviolet light curing system of Ergu Optoelectronics became the focus. As an enterprise that has been deeply engaged in the UV optics field for over a decade, we come with our independently developed core technologies, all for the purpose of solving the "excavation pain" of urban pipeline repair.

Traditional pipeline repair often involves road closure and excavation, which not only incurs high costs and long construction periods but also disrupts the lives of citizens. Our UV-CIPP system has completely transformed this situation: a hose impregnated with photosensitive resin is pulled into a damaged pipe, inflated and set, and then illuminated 360 degrees by an intelligent light chain. It can be cured in 3 to 5 hours to form a high-strength inner lining with a lifespan of up to 50 years. From DN250 to DN2000mm pipe diameters, and from sewage pipes to water supply pipes, this system has been implemented and achieved results in dozens of cities across the country.
