The problems and solutions encountered during the use of the curing machine are as follows:

1. The temperature is too high when using UV curing equipment

Solution: Generally, if long-term high-intensity irradiation is required, it is recommended to choose a water-cooled UV curing machine for better heat dissipation effect.

2. UVLED beads do not light up or self extinguish

Solution: Consider if the UV lamp is aging and needs to be replaced; Check if the power supply voltage is too low and increase the voltage; Check if the air cooling is insufficient and clean the debris on the fan wheel.

3. There is a control power supply, but it cannot light up and the abnormal light on the control panel is not on

Solution: Firstly, consider whether the main circuit fuse of the UV curing machine is blown, and replace the main circuit fuse. Then check if there is any looseness or grounding short circuit in the main circuit, and then check if the main transformer and capacitor are faulty.
