Choosing a suitable UV lamp requires consideration from the following aspects:
1. Application field: Choose a UV lamp with appropriate power according to the application field, such as personal care (surface disinfection and sterilization of small objects) or industrial environment (overall sterilization of large objects or environmental objects).
2. UV intensity: Generally, a minimum of 1.5W UV disinfection lamp should be installed per cubic meter of space, and the corresponding power of UV disinfection lamp should be selected according to the actual size of the room
3. Lamp life and decay rate: The lamp life is usually not less than 5000 hours, and high-performance products can reach more than 10000 hours. When purchasing, it is important to pay attention to the relationship between lifespan and frequency of use. When frequently using ultraviolet lamps for disinfection, products with a long lifespan should be chosen.
4. Process quality: The configuration must have filters/filter films, mirror reflective aluminum to increase UV utilization, long light tubes should be selected as much as possible, and there should be heat dissipation devices.
