The installation precautions for UV lamps are as follows:

1. Before installation, it is necessary to confirm whether the main power is turned off, and a warning sign must be hung on the machine power control console.

2. Before installing the lamp tube, it must be matched with the corresponding transformer, capacitor or ballast trigger. If not matched, the lamp tube will burst or shorten its service life.

3. Before installing the lamp tube, clean gloves should be worn to avoid direct contact with the lamp tube by hand, and to prevent sweat and dirt from sticking to the surface of the lamp tube and causing damage to the lamp tube

4. Be careful to clamp the magnetic head of the lamp tube and try to avoid mercury balls falling into the exhaust port of the tube wall, which is beneficial for the quick start of the lamp tube. After installation, check if the lamp tube is free, and then check if there is any metal or reflector on the surface of the lamp tube.

5. When wiring the lamp tube, please do not cut or pull the leads of the lamp tube to avoid poor contact or electric shock. After the wiring is completed, please confirm again whether it is correct and firm, try to flatten the leads as much as possible, and avoid getting close to the reflector or lamp tube

6. During the use of the UV lamp, the lamp tube should be regularly cleaned with anhydrous ethanol and gauze to clean the surface of the lamp tube and the reflection plate on the reflection cover, and then the UV lamp tube should be rotated 180 ℃ to clean it. The lampshade reflector must be replaced after losing its reflective effect, otherwise it will affect the brightness of the lamp tube, and in severe cases, the lamp tube will be directly scrapped.
