When using a UV light cleaning machine, the following precautions should be taken:
1. The equipment should be placed reasonably.
2. Avoid direct exposure.
3. Machine operators must undergo relevant training before taking up their posts and must develop good work habits.
4. After completing daily work, maintain the equipment and keep the surrounding environment in good condition.
5. Regularly check the cleanliness of the guide rails and sliders, and lubricate them once a month.
6. At least once a month, clean the ink stains and adsorbates on the filter screen and fan blades of the UV lamp to maintain good ventilation and heat dissipation. Replace the filter screen every 6 months
7. Ensure that the gas source is free of water, oil, and corrosive substances
8. In case of emergency parking during printing, the UV light should be turned off first to avoid any losses
9. Before printing, it is necessary to confirm the height of the nozzle to prevent scratching of the nozzle
10. UV ink must be placed in a cool and dark place to avoid direct exposure to ultraviolet rays
11. UV machines are precision equipment and should not be disassembled, moved, or dragged at will to avoid affecting accuracy
12. When the device is illuminated, please do not look directly at the light source or light spot to avoid eye damage. It is necessary to wear UV glasses
13. Do not touch the lamp head during or shortly after turning off the UV lamp to avoid burns.
14. When replacing the lamp tube, do not touch it with your hands to avoid causing moles on the tube and affecting its luminous efficiency. Clean gloves must be worn during installation
To prevent premature aging of the lamp tube, the software should not immediately cut off the power after turning off the UV lamp. Wait for the automatic cooling fan of the UV lamp to stop before turning off the power.
